2. Deposits

• 1 Bedroom: $300

• 2 Bedroom: $400

3. Parking

• Reserved Parking Space: $25/month (Selected Units)

4. Pet Policy

• Maximum Pets: 2

• Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet

• One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $300 per pet

• Breed Restrictions: Pitbull, German Shepherd, Doberman, Rottweiler, Mastiff

5. Monthly Recurring Charges

• Valet Trash: $35/month (Pickup Sunday–Thursday)

• Pest Control: $7/month (Weekly service on Thursdays)

• Facilities Fee: $16/month

• Ancillary Fee: $5.30 + applicable bill

• Water / Wastewater / Common Electric: Allocated / Varies (must be noted as allocated/variable and subject to change)

6. One-Time Charges

• Utility/Account Start-Up Fee: $5

7. Washer & Dryer Options (Selected Units)

• Washer/Dryer: $50/month
